Q.     What does a message saying“View certificate” mean?

A.     Some browsers (the minority) will not automatically
recognise the secure digital certificate that is in place. By
clicking the yes option it registers it with the browser.

Q.     In the payment options, what is an internet transfer?

A.     This option is for anyone who doesn't want to pay by Credit
Card. Instead you can:

a) Post a cheque
b) Go into the bank and pay via cash or cheque
c) Transfer money over the internet into the bank account of sreresources.com

Q.     How do I get a copy of the E-book?

A.     Once you have placed an order for an E-book the checkout
completion page shows the download at the bottom of the
page, which you can click on to download. If you have any

A.     Your e-book product will download successfully and you
will still be able to open it successfully with Acrobat Reader.
